I've been having a problem with my XP Home Edition, but
was relieved to see that I'm not the only one. Please look
at the following:

could not log you on. Make sure your User name and domain are correct, then

When double clicking on a program to open it, nothing
happens, I have to right click and then select run as. A
window opens up asking "Which user account do you want to  
use to run this program?" How do I fix this problem?

Unable to launch any programs. Message returned "Program
Not Responding". After launching Task Manager, System Idle
