Ever since I cleared virus problems off my machine
recently, I cannot get access to microsoft's patch update
page. I just get "website unavailable". It looks like
there's something left on my machine. How do I solve this?

After logging out I get a black screen with just my cursor visible... CTRL ALT DEL does nothing and neither does any other key or key combination. It used to say saving settings and logging off before clearing the screen but it just goes black and all I can do is reboot

I am about to have a Wireless Network installed in my home
from Brighhouse, my cable provider.  My desktop has Window
2000 Pro.  I am about to but a laptop and want to be able
to share files and the printer at home.  Do I need to buy

Everytime I log onto my computer it takes about a few
minutes to log in and I don't have many things starting

I was in the help and support because of printer problems, and I was trying
different things when my Norton antivirus popped up with a "malicious
script" and recommended blocking, it said the source was helpctr.exe. can

My computer won't boot up to XP.  I had upgraded to XP from
Me about a year ago.  I keep getting the following error
