I am looking for the web address that walks me through re-
setting my user account passwords.
I am the administrator to the account and I have that
password.

I receive e-mails from my daughter with a paper clip in
the upper right hand corner.  When I click it, it tells
me about the attachment, but i cannot open it.  The last
one was in Adobe.  I have Adobe set up, but I can't open

Tried fixing a laptop that had a lot of viruses - 3,800
files infected.  When laptop starts up, it logs user off
as soon as they log on - even in safe mode.  Any help
would be appreciated

hi. my home page is set up on SearchCo.com and i don't
know how it got there because it use to be set up on the
Weather Channel page. I don't know how to change the home
page to the Weather Channel page again. hopfully i'm

When i do a start run and type \\computer\c$ from a network computer i get a
login with the username grayed out and its the guest account. How can i
setup that computer to allow me to type a username and not authenticat from
the Guest account. The problem computer is an XP Pro with ...
