I have Windows Media 9 Series installed in our home computer.
For some reason whenever I visit CMT.com (which is not the only website this
issue pertains to) and attempt to watch a video, I can't. I end up receiving

A co worker has been sacked and changed the administator
password on widows XP. Other operators only have user
rights so we cannot access business critical data that has
been stored in this profile.
