I have 2 User Accounts at the moment and I want to add a third.
When I go to the control panel and click on User Accounts nothing happens?
Why is this please, and how do I get in to add a new User?
By the way, I have tried accessing User Accounts from both existing User areas.

I have forgotten the password (or what I thought it was
isnt working) for logging into Windows XP. Can anyone
help me with how to fix.  Ive tried going in through Safe
