Everytime I try to log on to my computer, it immediately
logs out. I tried to do a repair installation with my XP
disc and rebooted but nothing happened. Finally, I called
Dell and the technician tried to help me but in the end

i have been getting a pop up window saying its from windows
to download a critical patch
from a website addresss www.windowsupdate.org
is this a legitimate site, if not how do i get rid of this

In the organisation where I work, there is a PC with
windows XP. When I switch it on, it says that the pwd has
expired and that I must enter a new pwd. When I give the
old and new pwds, it says that either the username or the

Network was working fine between two computers, now for
some reason, get a message that I have to enter a
password. Went to Start, control userpasswords2 and
unchecked "use a password to sign on". Did this on both

Microsoft Technical Assistance with what is termed a "204 Cumulative Patch",
okay, but my McAfee virus scan indicates these emails contain a virus.

I am attempting to download an update for my adobe
reader.  When I try to download the update I get an http
403 error (forbidden).  I reviewed the microsoft website
and found an explanation that relates to dial up internet

either macromedia flash downloads? I went to the website
and downloaded (numerous times) and it even said it is
compatible w/ my OS which is Microsoft Windows XP
