we can not access our computer because we do not know the
password.  the computer was in a Computer recylce center
and was given to us.  Can someone help us reset the
password.  We do not have a "Password Reset" disk

When I go to Control Panel and select Add/Remove Programs and then select Add/Remove Windows components I get the message that 'comnt5.inf' is missing. Since I don't have the installation disc [the manufacturer did not include one] how do I solve the problem?

I built a computer and it was running fine, had a bunch of movies

I need to reset the 'content advisor' password.  There
are no hints as to the original password.  Is there a way
to accomplish this without major amounts of program
removal and reinstall?
