Hi, Can someone please help me. I have talked to my isp, dell (BIG JOKE),
this website (once) & ebay. I have tried everything I was told to try.I
cannot access the ebay site, I cannot download service pack2..With trying to
access ebay... I can' open the first page; but get an error ...

My system restore has stopped working on my laptop.
I'm running XP, the system restore works fine, until restart, right at the
end, it says, system restore cannot be completed, no changes have been made
to your computer.  The laptop is only two months old.

I have windows xp and windows 98 running on a partionned hard drive.
My question is can I set up a file in one OS that can be accessed from the
other OS
if so can someone tell me how to accomplish this

temp files.etc...but then I left the computer for a few minutes came back
and had this blue screen....couldnt do anything except unplug the computer
