I want to use the kill.exe command-line utility to kill Msiexec.exe (as per
the MS site http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=275869), but I can't find any
guidance on how to do this.  I think it is a command line in the MS-DOS
command prompt, but not sure what exactly to type.

I get and error when I try to install new programs.  It is:
Please re-install the module in the directory System32: USER.EXE.

I keep getting pop ups entitled ( seeve),i can find the file but it will not
delete,have run all spyware/adaware/spybot programs but it will not go away.

okay I have an old computer that went dead on me about a 2 years ago,,I
