I want to use the kill.exe command-line utility to kill Msiexec.exe (as per the MS site http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=275869), but I can't find any guidance on how to do this. I think it is a command line in the MS-DOS command prompt, but not sure what exactly to type.

It worked one time with XP Pro & I had to reprogram my pc....now the same video card doesn't work with the same XP Pro. WEIRD , don't ya think ?

I keep getting pop ups entitled ( seeve),i can find the file but it will not delete,have run all spyware/adaware/spybot programs but it will not go away. Has anybody come across this and how do you get rid of this. Paul
