I want to use the kill.exe command-line utility to kill Msiexec.exe (as per
the MS site http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=275869), but I can't find any
guidance on how to do this.  I think it is a command line in the MS-DOS
command prompt, but not sure what exactly to type.

It worked one time with XP Pro & I had to reprogram my pc....now the same
