I have a tv with a vga input.  Screen resolution must be 640x480.  My Windows
XP SP2 notebook only goes to 800x600.  Is there a display driver which I can
install that will allow a lower resolution?

Hi - I'm new to PC ownership. Is there a way of correcting having to
constantly scroll horizontally because website pages are often too wide for
my screen? I did not have this problem when I was using Windows 98 SE...

I'm using an Acer Aspire 1700, including a MATSHITA DVD-RAM UJ-811. I'm able
to burn DVD -r, but since recently, I do not succeed to burn CDs anymore. In
the log, it states "#18 DVDR -400 File Writer.cpp, Line 331 SCSI Target error"

I couldn't get any audio on any msn(msn explorer and msn messenger), and
called tech support, but no help. Uninstalled both and tried to reinstall.
Messenger installed just fine. Msn explorer came up with message "can not

I'm having trouble with logging on to computer with XP sp1... everything
boots fine until comes up to the welcome screen... the user id icons are
missing from the screen... not allowing me to proceed to any further.

will search the file for its contents, however when i right click i get open.
