I have been trying to delete a user in xp and each time I do my computer
stops responding.  Can someone assist me in gettting the account deleted?

I have Microsoft XP on my laptop. To make a long story short, i was sick and
not able to use it for a while. Now that I can I can not remember the
password that I used on it. I have no password reset disk. How can I log on?
Is there a way to get around the password?

When trying to download updates, it says to put in my windows xp product key,
when I put it in it says that I so not have a valid product key. I am using
the same one that came with my software originally. Any ideas on what I am

I haven't been able to open my document folder or my pictures folder since
this update was automaticly downloaded to my computer, I have tried to take

I am trying to save a word document to a cd in drive D and it states I dont
have access and to contact my administrator.  I can listen to music and watch
movies just fine...why cant I save info as well?

I suddenly am unable to log into any secure site (i.e., bank accounts,
