I have been trying to delete a user in xp and each time I do my computer
stops responding.  Can someone assist me in gettting the account deleted?

I am no longer able to access my CD ROM drive.It has been working well.  But
now it does read disks in that drive.  How do I get it to work?

I have Microsoft XP on my laptop. To make a long story short, i was sick and
not able to use it for a while. Now that I can I can not remember the
password that I used on it. I have no password reset disk. How can I log on?

When trying to download updates, it says to put in my windows xp product key,

I haven't been able to open my document folder or my pictures folder since
this update was automaticly downloaded to my computer, I have tried to take
it off, but now says if I do, some programs will not run right, so have not
done anything with it.

I am trying to save a word document to a cd in drive D and it states I dont
have access and to contact my administrator.  I can listen to music and watch
movies just fine...why cant I save info as well?

I suddenly am unable to log into any secure site (i.e., bank accounts,
portfolios, medical records, hotmail). When I enter my userid and password,
the page appears to load and then stalls.
This is what I've done so far:

I currently have windows XP on a Compaq Presario Computer.  I played DVD
without a hitch until yesterday when the media player notified me that
