I wouldn't mind a reply form some-one getting paid, concerning the issue in
regards to Windows' Accesibilty, font increases and overflowed dialog boxes.
Anything would help, and I have helped a multitude of people over the last
two days.

HAve just downloaded the latest optional sound card update from the website.  
However now XP has no volume control slider.  It also reset to default the
welcome screens and caused a specialist visual impairment programme to loose
contact with its drivers.

When I try to shut down Windows XP it shuts down then boots up again I have
to press the on off button till the pc turns off
