Hi there i have a question with regards to the windows xp home edition.
i am not able to boot my system as it comes up saying "ntoskrnl missing". so
i used the recovery console to try the chkdsk /r command rebooted and now the
system comes up with another error ...

When i start my computer it goes straight to the administrator account even
though we have two account set up. How do i delete the admin account without
mucking up the computer

Would someone be kind to tell me how to create a file association option on
control panel?  I have home edition xp pack2, explorer version 7. the past I
can just create a short cut from any website and place it on my desk top
temporarily, but now when I do that It says, "the file ...

I changed the names of some files in my registry (it's a long story!) but
now my PC won't reboot. It just gets as far as the XP welcome screen then
shuts down, restarts, get to the welcome screen and so on over and over. I

When I right click any media file or picture and want to send it to a mail

Hi all,
I have a user who VPN's into her desktop pc within our network.  Everytime
she logs in to her box here at work via VPN, she must activate sticky keys.  
She is requesting to have Sticky keys activate automatically when she logs in

recently, when i boot up, my c.d. rom & dvd drives are missing when i click
my computer.sometimes if i re- start they reappear, but not always.
