My computer is a WindowsXP Media Center from Dell, model 410, with dual
processor and a brand new harddrive that I have had installed within the last
2 months.  Please give me advice on what this error message means:

I reinstalled XP SP2 and Office 2003 SP3.  Now, for some reason, every time I
print, the job prints but also does not get deleted in the printer queue.  
Does anyone have an idea of how to corredt this?

I have windows xp professional installed on my computer.

When trying to update windows, I get the message that the ability is not
allowed and going to Run gpedit.msc is not found.  I am the administrator but
cannot see how to restore the ability.  I don't know how it was shut off.
