I copied an article to the clipboard and now unable to find the clipboard on

I'm having trouble accessing my safe mode. As soon as it comes to entering
my password to get into my account, the system suddenly reboots and I don't
get a chance to enter safe mode. Any way to fix this so it doesn't reboot on

I downloaded the trial version of OneCare last night and installed it on my
machine. It had my restart my computer and now after restarting it and
logging into the desktop, I have no start menu or desktop icons.

I don't have a problem downloading updates,
