please can anyone tell me how i can reinstall my windows xp disk defragmenter
utillity  some how i have managed to delete it when installing a different
defrag program. i have checked my system but it is no longer there

got a major spyware attack and so had to reformat my pc well, i hve never
used the backup option before, so i could just be not searching hard enough

I had to do a hard restore back to factory settings on a computer of ours.  I

When I try to defrag, a box comes up and says it may be because the file does
not exist, is not an MMC console, or was created by a later version of MMC.
May also be because you do not have sufficient rights to the file. Never had
