I have a Dell Dimentions Computor about 6 years old which will not boot up.
The light on the start button is contin ually flashing an orange light. Help

For the past week an error message comes up occasionally.   The message is as
follows: RUNDLL - ERROR LOADING: C:\PROGRAM FILES\COMMON FILE\
PARETOLOGIC\UUSU\UUS.DLL    THE SPECIFIED MODULE COULD NOT BE FOUND.

I used to just start my computer without a login screen and added a password
but changed my mind and removed the need for the password but I cant the
Windows Login screen has remained!
