As far as I remember, there was once a loudness bar in the volume control in
Windows 98.
It show the loudness strength as the volume change.

Whenever I go to switch users my coursor lock up.  It doesn't matter what
user I am logged as.  I have to turn my computer off and back on again.

Normally when you right-click on a mp3 file,
go to properties->summary->advanced
you get the whole mp3 ID tag info, title, author, comment, etc
Now my problem:

After installing SP3 for my XP Pro, I cannot leave my flash dive installed in
USB port when re-booting system. I get a disk failure as it is trying to boot
from the USB flash drive. This only began after installing the service pack.
