I just downloaded the SP2 file "WindowsXP-KB835935-SP2-ENU.exe" from the microsoft site, and was wondering if I should just burn this to a CD or "extract" it to a CD, and if so, what file gets it started, there is no "setup.exe" file showing when I look at it in Winzip.

i have just brought an acer laptop and was surprised to find that the file system is fat32. the laptop has a card reader and infa red comms but no floppy drive is this the reason. should i convert to ntfs. yours martin

Whenever I create a shortcut, the icon has an arrow in it. I seem to remember that there was a tool/tweak to remove that arrow but don't know where to find it. TIA for you help.
