How do I set up the snap to function? I used to have a setting that allowed
the mouse to snap to the most logical next step. Can anyone remind me how to
do this?

I hope this is the right place to send this question to.
When I open paint to view a .bmp file and go to print
preview, my command buttons are all in Chinese!!

For second time, on cold boot I get a balloon message,
"Delayed write failed. Windows was unable to save
all the data for file C:\$Mft.
Try to save the file elsewhere".

Thanks for your help guys.
I figured out why the '3' would not work on my number pad.  I used Dragon
naturally speaking a lot.  One of its "hotkeys" is a '3' to turn the
microphone on and off.  When I deleted Hotkey, the three worked again.

Win XP sp1.    I organise program icons inside of folders on my desktop.
The view setting for these folders keeps changing on its own. I've tried
"Tools - folder options - view - remember each folder's view settings" but
the view keeps changing.

In place of alphabet k, - (hyphen) is typed in the monitor. Keyboard is
alright as it works properly with other pc's.
Any keyboard attached to this pc types - (hyphen) instead of k, which shows
that problem is not keyboard but something else.

Is there a tweak or way to always show the bootup menu?  I used to show in
win98 and winme, but not in xp.
