I set the screensaver to automatically kick on after 5 minutes. It works perfectly fine until I turn off the computer and restart it. The screensaver setting does not "stick". It has to be reset every time the computer is started up. What could cause this behavior?

I had an Excel XP file shortcut on my desktop, I changed the icon (Properties>Change Icon...) now I want to change it back. Where are the default Excel icons located? I am assuming it is in the Programs>MS_Office>Office 10>......? which DLL?
