  I am new to a laptop.It has no mouse of course. So how to you
change the icons on the desktop without the right click method?
It s a toshiba with windows xp home edition.I do not have a manual -
I purchased it from a freind.

After my computer comes out of hibernation I notice the time shown in the
system tray is stopped at the time it entered hibernation and has to be
adusted.  I thought that XP adjusted itself automatically if connected to a
broadband service.  Any suggestions to sort this one out ...

manaed to delete all files for ipod and itunes but when i installed from the
disc received with ipod it gets right to the end of the installation and then
message:
gcasServ??? i don't get a chance to read the rest as my computer logs off.

When I change the disks in my CD/DVD drives they do not log in the new
disk or files.  If the disk is removed the file are still shown to be
there but are not accessible.  If the system is rebooted then they
reflect the current files.  Any suggestions?  Thanks

My desktop is cluttered and I am considering performing the Remove
unused desktop icons procedure given in the Help and Support area.  I
have not yet run the Desktop Cleanup Wizzard.  Under Notes, the

I changed something on my XPpro SP2 pc the other day that I cannot
recall how/where to change back.  Somewhere in Desktop properties, I
think.  I was using the Appearance and the Themes tabs.
