Before my File-Sharing Network on my XP SP2 Home machines miraculously revived, I had done a lot of experimenting. Some of that experimenting seems to have messed up the ability to compare some shared, same-named, folders. on a single computer

I'm trying to get two PCs networked, one to share a connection with the other (it has two LAN cards). I have been able to get these computers to recognize each other, but the client couldn't get to the Internet. Is this possibly because ICS isn't evidently installed for either ...

BlankHi all I have a problem with my laptop, everytime I start up I get the following message #MSNTB_TOOLBAR_FULL_NAME# IS UNABLE TO LOAD ITS CONFIG FILE I click CLOSE and it goes away can anyone tell me how to get rid of it please. Ken

XP Home SP 2, 5 user accounts, 4 of those are limited accounts, 1 i admin. Load an app under the admin account for all users to run. The admi account can run the app fine.

I'm really hoping there is an easy answer to this question. If I navigate to 'c:/windows/installer' and right-click on the folder, according to some documentation I'm reading, I should see a properties folder for installer.
