Running Win XP Home.  My Start button has moved to the top right.
I have unlocked the Task Bar but when I try to drag the Start button, when I

I have a 120 GB second drive with lots of files on it.  I have XP Pro OS. In
disk Management I can see the drive as healthy but no File system. It was
FAT32 before I lost it.  When I go to Explorer  and click on the drive it

I keep getting error 7 when trying to reinstall windows xp.  I don't get past
the part where its loading the files in upper memory.  I even tried using my
hard drive setup program to erase hard drive and reformatting drive (Seagate
Drive}

In Explorer I would like to be able to see the opened folder icon in a
different colour.  Is this possible even by using a third party program?

How can I write a batch file to copy a file from a one drive to another?
The file's "Read-only" attribute is set. I'd like to overwright any existing
file of the same name in the destination.

My TEMP and TMP environment variables were set to %USERPROFILE%\Local
Settings\Temp.
Since I am the only user of the system, I changed these to

I just purchase an External USB hard drive enclosure and two 250GB drives.
I tried both drives in the enclosure (one at a time obviously) but both show
