Neighbor has an odd scrolling problem. When he scrolls using the mouse and the scroll bar on the right side the page jumps about a quarter of the way up. If he is in AOL and scrolls an e-mail or document while in AOL it scrolls normally. Any help appreciated. Thanks.

Sometimes when I'm on my PC and just reading things thru, but not doing anything else, The Hard Disk light remains on continuously, indicating that perhaps some program is working continuously in the background. How can I find out what is going on and what can I do about it.
