Neighbor has an odd scrolling problem. When he scrolls using the mouse and
the scroll bar on the right side the page jumps about a quarter of the way
up.  If he is in AOL and scrolls an e-mail or document while in AOL it
scrolls normally.  Any help appreciated.  Thanks.

Well there is a weird problem with my windows these days.
As soon as i try to enable my LAN from network neighbourhood. my PC

Sometimes when I'm on my PC and just reading things thru, but not doing
anything else, The Hard Disk light remains on continuously, indicating that
