Good morning - I have a Dell desktop computer, a few years old, Windows XP.

A bit of advice please, arranging icons on my desktop.  What setting do I
have to use to allow me to position the icons where I want them.  At present
it is auto arrange, and I can't find out where to switch auto arrange off.

I am using Windows XP home edition. Somehow my search got changed and I

A neighbor has a problem with the search function when he clicks start then
selects search. A window comes up with no text at all, just the dog.  Title
bar which normally says Search Results is also blank. Window is correct
except it is missing all the text.

reinatlled as it says a newer version is on?
I just followed the intruction to repair ie6 and the thing is impossible as
