During shutdown XP shows blue screen with message "Windows is shutting
down...".  Computer locks up at this point and unit must be manually turned
off.  Any advice?  Thanks!

Is there a way to get the product key from the installation CD.
I know there are a number of programs that pull it from the registry
but none of them mention being able to get it from the CD.

I've had this problem for over a month now and it's driving me crazy. I've
tried everything I can think of, or that someone else suggested, and have

It says on the systems specs that I need 1.5 GB of hard drive space to
