I just bought a new LG LCD 19" monitor and I am having Boot up

I am trying to change my Windows XP Home computer's keyboard to Dvorak.  I
went to Control Panel and looked under Keyboard, but the Dvorak option is
not there.  Am I missing something or does using Dvorak require a separate
download or installation?

I have a laptop with Windows XP Pro (with Service Pack 2).
Is there a way to backup the whole PC into a single file? I know there is a
ntbackup.msi for XP Home edition, but could not find it with XP Pro.

A new XP installation has resulted in some drivers (Multimedia Controller
