The permissons settings were all correct.
New installation of .Net-Framework didn't change this result.

The shortcut windows-e to open a new explorer window has stopped working. The
other shortcuts all work fine, just not this one. Is it possible I

After installing a new drice C and cloning it I cannot set or use any
