I open two Windows Explorer windows and tile them to move/copy files and folders. At the moment, I open the first window and navigate to the file I want, then I open the second window and do the same again. Is there a way where I can open a second instance of Windows Explorer so

Well, I downloaded the newest version of IE. It has tabs etc., but it is different. Unusual even. Only complaint is that the mouse freezes sometimes, and the screen flashes black occasionally. I think I'll stick with Opera until an update comes along.

When I press Start, All Programs often there's a wait of exactly 15 seconds (timed it with a stopwatch) before the program list appears. Once it's appeared, it remains available instantly for a while, don't know how long, then after a longer while, I have to wait exactly 15 ...

I have 2 CDroms hooked to my computer both are seen in the bios. When I go to my computer one drive shows up. If I type in e: the missing cdrom drive will show up and display the files on the cd. How can i get it to show up in My Computer?

Currently I am using Outlook Express and I would like either to move everything from the internal hard drive to an external hard drive or at least make it so new emails go to the external drive. Is this possible and if so, how? do I just move the folders ?
