Available Virtual Memory 1.96 GB

I have networked 2 computers with crossover cable. The computer that gets
the net is able to share this connection.
but I am unable to share files.. I am certain when I set up the connection I
selected Share files and printer..

Every time I boot XP SP2  I get a message that Office 2003 is installing but
every Office program is already working normally.   The message disappears
after around 10 seconds.  How can I stop this happening?   Is there a
registry key I could delete?
