When I click on a link in Outlook Express, the Internet Explorer window opens

Recieved mail with pics, tried to "save as" and got this message that I was
missing windows/system32/mshtml.hlp I have been doing this for so time, don't
understand why now I'm missing this file. I recently installed IE7, could

When I double click on a file it always goes to search rather than open. When
I go in and try to change this folder option through FOLDER OPTIONS and FILE

When I open Windows Explorer, it opens with the "Start Menu" directory
highlighted but hangs up there for a couple of seconds.  After that happens,
I can switch between directories normally and quickly.  Does anyone know how

Can anyone help me to find the programs which are listed in the 'processes
tab' in the Windows task Manager. I must have 50 or so that are currently in
use. I have no idea what most of them represent and would like to find the
associated program without using the "search" ...
