I am working in a small IT firm where we set up PCs and configure them
according to some settings.
1.) There settings include some Internet Explorer settings (which are
present in Internet Options)

Running XP Home SP2.  When I click on Start|Settings, the only options
now are Control Panel and Printers.  The option relating to Startup is
missing.  How do I get it back?

I believe I'm running Windows 2000/NT, SP2 and e-mailing w/OE6 (set for
html).  Problem is I'm seeing (in my replies back for those using Unicode
UTF-8) either a "\" just ahead of the apostrophy or strangely other replies

Killed my HP ScanJet 8200, screwed up Word and my pdf program.  Solution:
There is no solution; it's format the drive and reinstall everything.
BTW, HP is working on a fix to make the ScanJet work.

How do I shrink my viewing screen so that I can see everything without moving

An engineer recently cam out to fix a speaker problem we had, ever since the
display on our comp has been really small. Can't fix it. When we're online,
the web page doesn't take up the whole screen, just centres itself in the
middle. any ideas?

I have tried to restore my pc to an earlier restore point but get the same

Ever since I downloaded IE7.  All my pages I go on either say Done w/an
exclamation mark indicating errors on page.  It always asked if I want to
continue writting sripts on that page.  What should I say?  Or what should I
