I recently deactivated the select user screen after there is inactivity on
the computer.  I would like to change it back to the default setting of
selecting a user after inactivity, but I can not find where this option is.

I've been going around with Sorenson support in trying to download a
program called EnVision SL. There is supposed to be a gray button or bar
that I can click on to do the download, but I am not getting this
button/bar.

When I open recycle bin there is a list of tasks ("other places" for
example or "Empty recycle bin) on the left side that I do not want.
Please advise how to eliminate this particular interface in recycle bin.
