after i run disc cleanup, & before i installed IE7,  i could click "view

on my desktop icons along with their names i am getting a background
colour(which looks wierd with the wallpaper)behind the icons name. I hv tried
everything but not able to get only the names without the background colour

If I look at my sounds fldr within the control panel,
