Windows provides an icon in the taskbar that allows you to "Safely Remove
Hardware.
I have this icon on my system tray, and i like to removed from there.
I have looked in the startup list and its not there.

Every time I boot or re-boot my computer I get a window on top of my desk
top labeled "Dial-up Connection".
Since I rarely go to the internet immediately after booting it has become
