Tune Up Utilities cannot complete a scan because this file is missing. This problem occurred after the latest Windows updates on June 13, 2006. Scans with two different anti virus programs find no viruses. Where can I download this file? Thanks. Donna

I would like to use the filmstrip option to view pictures in a folder, but in "my pictures," on the "view" menu I find options for thumbnails, tiles, icons, list, and details. But no option to activate the "filmstrip" option.

I have windows XP home edition and none of the icons appear on launch. After booting it briefly flashes the task bar at the bottom (Start button, etc) but that is it. My background image appears and I can bring up the task manager with ctrl-alt-del. From there I can launch
