When I right mouse click on the desktop, and select New, there is a list
of potential documents. How do I get rid of some of those? I used Tweak
UI on 98SE but I can't find the setting on Tweak UI for XP

I had to reinstall windows xp with SP1, everything worked fine, so I
installed SP2 and was not able to get IE to work. I uninstalled SP2 and it
works fine. Can you please tell me how to fix this so I can use IE.

I can no longer switch users in XP Pro.  Apparently somehow my computer is
"part of a domain".  How do I make it NOT part of a domain anymore.

How do you eliminate Lewd Messages in the subject line of Outlook Express. I tried tools, Messsage rules, all that does is send them to the delete file on Outlook express. I want them to be permanently deleted. Thanks in advance for any help

I'm running XP.
When I have to close a program from the Task Manager, I can't close the Task
Manager. There is no X and the is no bar on top of the box. Anyone
experience this??

Hi hope someone can help!  I have no visible text in any drop down list I
open.  The text is there, as if I click say, half way down, it does recognise
it, but I just cant see what it says!  It happens on every site I go to, so

I've added a new Viewsonics LCD Monitor.  My computer (Presario 6000) seems
to be working fine but when it shuts down an error message flashes on the
monitor,  "RBG no input signal"  How do I fix this?   Thanks

   A friend crashed his computer. It is a Dell Demensia with windows
home edition. He has all the Dell disks that came with his computer.
I know that Dell does not provide a XP full program disk. It is on
lots of separate disks .

Help Resizing Quick Launch Icons/Captions Buttons01 Jan 2007 05:02 GMT2
I messed something up on my computer, and now the taskbar quick launch
icons are larger then normal.  When I resize them to their original
size (19), the bar at the top of any window also gets smaller.  When I
resize the bar to its size before I changed the size of the quick
