All of a sudden my pc (Win XP Pro, fully patched up to date) has changed the
source of I/Net Explorer favorites.  It used to be My documents\favorites;
now it's C:\documents and settings\my_id\favorites.  Anyone any idea as to
what happened/how to return to the old location?

Probably simple:
If you had your Windows XP (Home) install CD and you had Windows XP-SP2 on
disk, what would you do to obtain the "exact" file name for the products on
each disk?

I run Windows xp, servpk2, and IE7. After I down loaded "Adobe Reader
8.0" it placed an icon on my desktop which will not delete when I right
click on it with my mouse. I un installed the program but the icon is
still on my desktop and in the Start>All Programs menu, "Adobe Reader

My PC lost its video, the monitor shows nothing at all, but the PC seems
