Is there a BB for the new IE 7?  I just downloaded it and can't find some
critical stuff.  Need to get some help.  I did not spot anything obviously
related to IE 7 in the newgroup list.  Maybe I missed it--the list is
absurdlyk long.

When I start my computer occasionally there is no volume. When I open volume
control on the taskbar I find that wave volume has reset to zero. Is there

Help, I cannot install new program. This error message always come up:
The Windows Installer Service could not be accessed. This can occur if

I create shortcut icons that will open IE to different URLs?.  In other

When i start my windows XP proffessional a lot of programs are started like
yahoo messenger etc and it takes lot of time for eac of these to load.    
So i tried "msconfig" to customize which programs to start when the system
boots.

I just bought a computer that purports to have an AMD Athlon X2 4200 2.2GHz
dual core CPU.  It has XP Media Center on it with all the fixes installed.
When I open up the System Properties applet it tells me that it is the
correct CPU, but only running at 991MHz.  It seems unlikely ...

I realize this is a MUNDANE question but still need help!  Whenever I save a
file or create new folder they no longer automatically go into alphabetic
sequence -- they just go to the bottom of the list.  Why is this happening

I am running WindowsXP Media Center Edition on my Dell laptop and I
can hear nothing without plugging hearphones into the headphone jack.
I have removed and reinstalled the sound driver and rebooted the whole
system (using CTRL, F11) and still I can only hear sound using

I have the folder options set for all folders to open in the same window.  
When I open folders in a window, however, the folder still opens in a new
window.  Not a functional problem (all access still available) just annoying
to have to close multiple windows when sifting through ...
