How can I get the disc capacity pie chart to appear in windows xp ?
Now when using windows 98 and windows 2000 if I click on 'My Computer' to
display the list of drives, and then hover (or single click) the mouse

I have a total of 13 folders under D&S for our 5 users. The All Users,  local
and network service, Owner, User1, User2, User3, Guest, Yanire, User4,
Administrator, New User, & Default. I’m supposed to be “Yanire”, yet I’m
really using the “Owner” account, yet the "Yanire" account ...

1.  Is there any way to permanently disable the dialog box "What do you want
Windows to do?" which usually pops up whenever you connect removable data
storage?  (ie. data cds or dvds; flash storage etc)

My problem is simply this: On my desktop, all the words beneath all the
desktop icons are highlighted. (Left-clicking the mouse does no good.)
How do I get rid of the highlighting? Thanks in advance for any aid.

What are a few early symptoms that might indicate a machine might be
inffefected? Note I did spell check this but at present I can't delete any
character and make correctios. Sorry. Is this a sign of infection or is
there a fix for lost ability to delete? All recent anti-virus ...

I am new to XP (XP Pro actually) having used Win98SE for years.
There are two features that seem to be absent in XP that were either
avaialable in 98 or in applications that won't run on XP.  Can anybody
suggest simple add-ons (freeware if possible) that will:

Are the free speed test of any value? Several tests have been run and they
indicate my speed is less than 10% of what it should be. A recent full virus
scan indicates I an virus free. Also, can not delete any mistakes I make in
typing this text. Sorry for the mistakes.

    I have a new dual-boot computer with Linux/Windows
XP preloaded on it.  The Windows XP Pro is 64-bit.
I was transferring files from my old computer to the new
Windows, using PCMover, and only achieved a "partial"

On my MSN.com homepage, and other sites I get onto, most of the text is very
small and garbled to the point of not readable.  Someone told me to erase all
the cookies, but that did not make any difference.  What should I do?
