Lost the toolbar with the latest install of IE 7.0. Suggestions to restore
the toolbar, please.

Im having trouble setting up my microsoft outlook express.
My isp is bigpond, can i access outlook through them ?

When I boot up my machine (WIN XP Home SP2 with all the updates), several
programs starts automatically and try to connect to Interned via my wireless
router. In many instances, they do it fine. But in some others, the programs
"clash" and some of them, the most notable Internet ...

When I open Windows Explorer... I see two sets of doument files. One in My
Documents.....  then another in My Computer. Why are there duplicate sets of
files. Do I need them both??

Attempting to reduce start up items,  to make my system a bit more
efficient,
have XP Home, SP 2, and went into MSCONFIG, via both standard (I am
administrator) method by accessing via RUN,

I find that when I delete the IE 7 TIF by right-clicking the icon and going
to Internet Options, it sometimes--though not always--also deletes the items
I have listed at Start-->Run.
It's a rather long list of items, and it's often hard to rewrite them

Under the subject title, I have "processor scheduling" allocated for
"programs" rather than "background services" and "memory" for "system
cache" rather than "programs".

I used to do this regularly, that is, backup my Outlook .pst file. Now,
whenever I try to backup the file (through Outlook) or copy it with
Explorer, I get the following message: "cannot access the file because
another process has locked a portion of the file."

When I run a scan with Norton it shows 788,507 files. Does this seem
unusually high? I see that there are a large number of files in
windows\installers. I am unable to navigate to that folder. It does not
show up as a normal, system, or hidden folder in windows.

How can I set permissions for a user to save only
in a folder (My documents or another folder)?
