When I open Windows Explorer... I see two sets of doument files. One in My Documents..... then another in My Computer. Why are there duplicate sets of files. Do I need them both??

I find that when I delete the IE 7 TIF by right-clicking the icon and going to Internet Options, it sometimes--though not always--also deletes the items I have listed at Start-->Run. It's a rather long list of items, and it's often hard to rewrite them

I used to do this regularly, that is, backup my Outlook .pst file. Now, whenever I try to backup the file (through Outlook) or copy it with Explorer, I get the following message: "cannot access the file because another process has locked a portion of the file."

When I run a scan with Norton it shows 788,507 files. Does this seem unusually high? I see that there are a large number of files in windows\installers. I am unable to navigate to that folder. It does not show up as a normal, system, or hidden folder in windows.
