How do I do this?  When I right-click on the device's icon in the system
tray, one option is "format."  When I click on that I get a message saying
that the formatting tool doesn't work with CD-R's.

I've just reinstalled AOL to a friends pc, but now when i boot the machine
Windows (XP) asks for my password, but i've never set one ?
If i leave it blank and just press enter it continues to load Windows.

I am having a problems saving my settings on XP. I have 3 other users on the
PC and it does not affect them.
Every time I sign off or reboot, my screen resolution goes to the largest
font. I have to go into the settings tab all the time and reset it.
