I bought a dell computer from a store a few months ago and when It starts up
it comes up with a window with the stores name and asks for password. I
don't have a password set up so I just hit ok and it goes to my desktop. My
question is how do I get rid of that window with that ...

Hi-I just started using Messenger.  In my Received Files folder there is a
notepad with all of the info re: the messages.  I'm not able to delete the
files, nor the folder-it says it's in use but I've shut everything down.  I
tried deleting files through IE7, *freeing up disk ...

I'm in a strange position.  I have a system built by a builder with XP pro &
SP2.  However, I have no disks nor is there a partition or files that I know
of with the O/S files.
I have no problem buying an operating system, but can I get XP Pro /SP2

At system restore with Win XP HE clicking the < or > icon on the day
selection for the current month works but not so on the change of the month.
That is, I can select the restore point I want in the current month but can
not go back to January. Disk space has been set at the max ...
