I'm a new member of this group. Why i don't get any mail from Group?

I cleared the cache in Firefox and judging from a subsequent view of the
directory it merely stashed various parts of the cache into
sub-directories.  Can anyone confirm and/or explain this?

I've been having problems with my computer rebooting, but there's no rhyme
nor reason to why - not consistent as to when it happens
Just happened while I was reading one of the newsgroups I subscribe to.

Quick question regarding notepad. I am using Windows XP.
I often need to open a lot of notepad (e.g. 25 notepads) for temporary
keeping text, but I do not need to save all these.
Everytime I want to close the whole group (e.g. whole 25 notepads),

im trying to use my word processor but after 5 minutes he tells abnormal run
time and close itself losing all the work and dont let me be more then 5
minutes typing my work can you help me?

On my old computer (XP) I had a "send to any folder "option when I right
clicked a file in explorer. In my new computer (again XP) I don't have it.
It is not part of XP Powertoys ( where I got it way back for 95). I really
loved it. How can I get it back

Usually put my machine to "hibernate"  with no problems.   Lately all I need
do to start it back up is move the mouse or walk by.  Static electricity?

I just noticed that Notepad is missing from my right-click "New" menu. This
is strange
because it was always there, the option to create a .txt document in a
folder with

after intalling boot disc (on floppy), messege reads drice c is not
partitioned, use command FDISK in ms dos.
when i use that command, display says 'no fixed disc found'
does anyone no how to partiction my hard disc at this pre installation stage?

I have a friend whose user account is protected by a password but he doesn't
remember that password. Also, apparently his administrator account seems to
be password protected too because he tried to just log in with a blank
password and he couldn't get in. What can he do to ...

I am trying to purchase Windows XP Pro for a new machine that I just built.
Windows XP is a bit pricy for me, and so I am now turning to eBay.
I have been looking at Win XP Pro ACTIVITIES on eBay for about a month now,
but I do not have the guts to plunge in, and BID.

For the second time in as many months, I've had to re-load XP MCE.
The reason: When I would boot, the system would go into a boot loop.
It would sometimes make it to the desktop, but then would always restart.
I could boot into Safe mode.  I deleted many programs to no avail.

Why would new e-mails go to my Delete folder instead of to Inbox?  I have a
Dell 8100 and XP.  Thank you.

When I insert a disk or turn on my external USB hard or plug a camera card
into the card reader, a pop up window shows asking me what to do.
How can I disable this automatic procedure?
