Sometime ago, I realized that my Add/Remove feature does not list any
programs. I had to purchase a separate software package in order to do this.
But now that program does not even work. I am sure it was one of the SP2

I lost all my data in all of my documents. I have Windows XP home and running

What causes occassional blue screens?
On a previous post, one replier noted bloated apps.  Another said a bad
(OS?) install.
