A jpg image was downloaded to an image file.  When I try to delete it I get
the message "Cannot delete file: Cannot read from the source file or disk."
Properties show it as 0 bytes and 0 size but the file name remains in the

During boot up, I always get a message that the paging file is missing.  I
have reset it to different sizes and also set it to have Windows manage it
but I don't think it makes any difference.
Is there a way to repair it or reinstall it?

Hello, I'm considering upgrading from Windows 98SE to XP. I figured if XP is

I am trying to load SP2 and I keep (another program is using this file)
system32/cmd.exe . It will not let me access it through run either. How do I
get into it or around it Or even find what is useing it, so I can load SP2.

I am able to boot up under recovery mode and view this bad drive.  I am
trying to copy all of the data over to a new harddrive but under Windows XP
pro I do not have all of the dos commands to do this.  Any ideas on how to
