To Bruce Chambers :- Thank you. All I had to do was to open the Adobe Acrobat Reader in my PC ,activate it and download its new version 7.0.1 . Then I was finally able to open 3 e-mail containing pdf messages. All is well that ends well. Thank you very much indeed.

Hello My computer crashed and I can't find my XP CDRom. I am trying to create a boot disk on line and relized my computer has no A: Drive how can I make a CD Rom setup disk from the microsoft online site. I looked around and can't figure it out. Can anyone help?

I have had to fix some problems recently, but having suceeded, I now find that when I start the PC, I am sent to a B&W screen which asks me which OS I want to use. This does take me to the Colour Log On screen, .... But How do I go back to the good old days..when Start Up takes ...

Reinstalled ms xp pro sp2 on new hd and after ms updates & apps install, a separate window opens up show c:\windows\system32 at start up. any ideas how to stop the window from opening up? Thanks.
