My C drive has a folder " the Documents and settings". Clicking on this
folder  showes me four folders namely: Administrator, All Users, Default
User and another with the name (xxx).
I would like to rename (xxx) to (yyy). How would I do it?

(OK, Save, Close...etc.) a dialog box when making changes. His stance is that
not "applying" first will/could cause problems.
My stance:  The apply button is for the convenience of applying a change

Whenever I log on, the folder C:\Program Files\ATI keeps opening. It only
happens on my logon. I checked the Startup folder and even used Regseeker to
display start up items, but it wasn't in either.
How can I stop it opening every time I log on?
