I need to set up a folder for logging but I only want admins to be able to

I work for a Real Estate firm and occasionally have to make fill-in forms in
the computer for the agents tp use. They work fine on our computers, but when

but it would not... Used Start > Turn Off Computer > Turn Off - nothing
